Shapermint (hereinafter referred to as “Shapermint”, "us" or “we”) offers you the ability to order select clothing, to try on at home for up to 22 days (“22 Day Try-on Period”) before you are charged for products you keep. If you choose to place a Shapermint Wardrobe order, you accept the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). Please read them carefully.

Your use of the shapermint.com website is also governed by our Terms and conditions, as well as all other applicable terms, conditions, policies, limitations and requirements. If, and then only to the extent that, Terms and conditions, or other applicable terms are inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions, the Terms and Conditions will control only with respect to Shapermint Wardrobe.

Eligibility
The products that qualify for Shapermint Wardrobe and the minimum and maximum items per order may change from time to time in our sole discretion. Not all colors and sizes of a product may qualify for Shapermint Wardrobe.
We reserve the right to refuse Shapermint Wardrobe transactions and/or suspend or terminate your use of Shapermint Wardrobe for any reason, including for order or returns behavior or if we believe you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these Terms and Conditions.

Returns
When we receive a return, we will determine in our sole discretion if the products are in acceptable condition as specified in the Shapermint returns policy. If returned products are determined by us not to be in acceptable condition, we may in our sole discretion charge you the purchase price and ship the products back to you to keep.
Any return of a product purchased through Shapermint Wardrobe, and the amount of any resulting refund, will be subject to the Shapermint returns policy.

Payment
We will charge you the purchase price of the products in your Shapermint Wardrobe order, less any applicable discounts:
(a) when the 22 Day Try-on Period expires, or you elect to keep the products, whichever occurs first; or
(b) if we do not receive your returned products, or we determine that the condition of your returned products do not satisfy the Shapermint returns policy.
You authorize us to charge any amounts owed by you under these Terms and Conditions to the payment method associated with your Shapermint Wardrobe order. If we are unable to charge the payment method associated with your order.

Disputes/Binding Arbitration
Any dispute or claim arising from or relating to Shapermint Wardrobe or these Terms and Conditions is subject to the binding arbitration, governing law, disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability and all other terms in the Shapermint.com terms and conditions. You agree to those terms by using Shapermint Wardrobe.

Agreement Changes
We may in our sole discretion change these Terms and Conditions or any aspect of Shapermint Wardrobe or cancel Shapermint Wardrobe at any time without notice to you. Your continued use of Shapermint Wardrobe after the effective date of the revised Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the terms. If any change is found invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that change is severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining changes or Terms and Conditions.
